As CEO of BNP Paribas 3 Step IT, Carmen is focused on helping businesses across Europe transition to a future-fit way of managing their technology that is more sustainable, secure, and efficient. Carmen became CEO in 2019, leading the establishment of the joint venture with BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions. The joint enterprise provides circular technology lifecycle management services across the Nordics and Western Europe.

Carmen has more than 20 years of experience in international IT and financing, having held senior positions at IBM, including Vice President of Enterprise in Global Business Services.

As Chief Operating Officer and Deputy CEO of BNP Paribas 3 Step IT, Elena is responsible for the company’s operations, finance, governance and risk.

Elena has more than 20 years of experience in corporate finance, having worked for financial advisory firms and held senior positions at BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions Italy, including Head of Collection & Recovery. Elena has a strong managerial background and is leading our operations teams to ensure we provide the best customer experience.

An experienced leader in the finance industry, Wilson has 20 years’ service with BNP Paribas, formerly as Head of Assignment in the General Inspection of the Group, Chief Risk Officer of Northern Europe (Personal Finance) and Head of Small Business (France)​. He was responsible for establishing the bank’s internal Consulting and Transformation function​ and led a circular economy initiative, where he developed a deep passion for advocating its positive environmental and economic impact. 

Kari joined 3stepIT in 2010 and has played an important part in enabling the company's growth, leading on a number of overseas expansion initiatives. He was a key member of the team working to make the joint venture between 3stepIT and BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions a reality, and as Chief Operations Officer of BNP Paribas 3 Step IT, is responsible for service delivery, end to end processes and the overall customer experience. He has an intimate knowledge of our technology lifecycle management services and processes and is driven to ensure we are always performing at our best for our customers.

With a strong knowledge of finance, together with her customer relationship experience, Sandrine has led financial accounting and financial project management teams during 32 years in BNP Paribas SA Head Office. In 2020, she moved to BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions to join the Senior Finance Joint Ventures Correspondent team, before joining BNP Paribas 3 Step IT. She draws on three decades of commercial acumen in her role as Chief Financial Officer, where she contributes to the success of the company’s ambitious growth plan.
